Brief:
Respond to the brief in which only the word ‘act’ is provided.

2 minute animation.
Description:
My chosen response to this brief was to promote my skills as a designer and a drummer. This took the form of a typographical animation (using Flash) with my drumming as the soundtrack. Only words that contain ‘act’ are used as I show the parallels between the two disciplines. The style of drumming reflects the words used. For example, ‘interact’ is represented
using a drum pattern phrased like a question and answer to portray a conversation. The position of the smaller text varies depending on the position of the larger text, creating a rhythm.
